Privacy notice
Who is responsible
The data controller is Villa Aurelia, Via degli Ulivi 12, 84000 Punta Aurelia, Italy. Email: stay@villa-aurelia.example.com. [Add the owner's full legal name and tax ID.]
What we collect, and why
Only what you write in the booking request: dates, number of guests, name, email and your message. We use it to answer your request and, if you book, to manage your stay. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
How the request reaches us
[If the form opens your email app:] the request is sent by your own email provider; this website does not store it. [If the form posts to a service:] the request is sent to [service name and country], which acts as our processor.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or third-party scripts. It remembers whether you chose the day or night view in your own browser (local storage); that choice never leaves your device. [Update this section if you add analytics or embeds.]
How long we keep it
[For example: requests that do not become a booking are deleted after 12 months. Booking data is kept as long as tax law requires.]
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to stay@villa-aurelia.example.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
Guests' identity documents
[Italy:] on arrival, the law requires us to register guests' identity documents with the police (Alloggiati Web). This happens at check-in, not on this website.
